Looks like Baby Titus and I finished our run just in time today – It is now pouring rain in Southern Indiana! Lilly, Baby Titus, and I made the drive to Southern Indiana this morning to spend the week with my family. Our run felt great, especially after many sweet indulgences this weekend.
It was difficult for me to find the motivation to workout today, and I think that is due to a few different reasons. I did not workout at all this weekend, with the exception of walking with Ben & Lilly, so I had to get back in the groove today. I also did not keep up my clean, healthy eating habits over the weekend, which always leaves me feeling less motivated, you know?
I finally encouraged myself to lace up and get going (!!!) and I am so glad I did. Now I cannot wait to do it again tomorrow.
In the time I could (and should!!!) have been working out over the weekend, I browsed the picture book section of Barnes & Noble instead. I definitely spent way too much time in this place!! It was a rainy and gloomy day anyway, though.
After book shopping for Baby Titus, I decided to visit Motherhood Maternity. I was not sure if I would purchase anything, but I decided to go in and see what a maternity store was all about. I was not super excited about this maternity adventure, but I knew that it needed to happen eventually.
The ladies that work at Motherhood Maternity were very kind and helpful, and one was pregnant herself, due in only a few weeks. I love that there are strap-on bellies in the fitting rooms, though I did not use one. Maybe next time. That seemed to overwhelm me for now.
I tried on three shirts and that was enough for me. I ended up taking one of the three. The only tops I have been wearing lately are the maternity cotton side-ruching tank tops I bought from Target. I love them, but figure I will eventually need a piece of clothing other than a cotton tank.
It was a fabulous weekend with Ben, Baby Titus, and Lilly. Now I get to spend the week with my family and I am very excited about that (!!!)
Enjoy the evening!
Love, ~Ann & Baby Titus
