Baby Workout 14

Today was a tough workout.  Not tough, as in sweaty and awesome, but tough as in it was hard to get motivated and even hard to finish the workout. 

I was really looking forward to an outdoor run or walk with some tunes, but as Ben and common sense both inform me, it is much too hot outside to be running, especially for a pregnant lady.  I decided on Turbo Jam Kickin’ Core, my go-to workout when I need to be pumped up.

It is such a fun workout, and it certainly did pump me up, but finishing was still tough because my back has been bothering me lately.  I am not sure if this pain is something I did to myself via workouts, or if it just comes with being pregnant.  My mom seems to think it is too early for that.

I made it through the workout and, as always, I am so glad I did it. 

I love that feeling of just finishing a workout and knowing I’m taking care of my body.  It is such a good feeling. -Jenna Ushkowitz

I had some delicious blueberries for breakfast today (!!!) and KT and I are heading out soon to pick some more!  Remember, eat them until your tongue turns blue and live a healthy, happy life – a reminder from FITclub.
