Baby Workout Run 2

What an awesome workout Baby Titus & I had today (!!) It was very hard to actually start the workout process.  I had to tell myself that I would at least do five minutes and then I could stop if I wanted.  Of course, five minutes into my workout I felt great and definitely wanted to keep moving!

Baby Titus and I did 50 minutes of cardio total (!!!)

We started with 25 minutes of Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3.  We only did the first half of this workout for today.  Cardio Party 3 is one of my very favorite Turbo Jam workouts.  It is a little more intense than the other Turbos I have completed with Baby Titus, but we felt ready to up our intensity today.

After our Turbo Jam Session, I was feeling ready for a run around the neighborhood.  There were times during my run when I felt very tired and I stopped to power walk for a minute.  I definitely am not pushing myself like I normally would because I know that is not good for Baby Titus. 

I used to sprint when I hit certain points in our neighborhood, but I have eliminated that, as well.  I do not want to do anything to make Baby Titus feel uncomfortable during our workout sessions. 

Tonight I am surprising Ben with a special Daddy Dinner.  I am excited to cook for him – and can you believe I am actually following a recipe?? I have a few recipes in store for this week (!!!)  and I picked up all ingredients today.

Also on the agenda – I am trying on new (& larger) swimsuits that I ordered for this summer.  I am planning for this to be a difficult task for myself, and I am hoping for no tears.  Sometimes when I see my new body it is difficult for my eyes to comprehend.  However, I am becoming accustomed to this new Baby body and even beginning to love it.
