Water Aerobics at the Huntingburg City Pool this summer = Awesome.  Trainer Sis KT, Tiffany, and I are instructing and loving it (!!!)

We downloaded some new tunes, as requested by the ladies in the pool.  Last night, we worked it out to The Fab 60’s Powered Remix –>


We had such an awesome, energetic crowd of ladies and gentlemen.  It was a fun workout!! I loved it and hope everyone else did also!

In the first picture, we are doing Wall Exercises, which means everyone has to be along a wall – Yesterday, we were running out of wall space (!!)






This was one of my favorite Aerobics sessions so far!!  Lots of hard work, but lots of fun people in that pool workin’ it out!!  And a few of those people were childhood friends that I have not seen in a long time ~ It gives me a great feeling inside to get to see them and talk with them (!!!!) 

This morning, after much debate with myself, I have decided that my workout will need to wait until this evening when I am not feeling so stiff and sore.  My body is feeling ache-y, especially my lower back.  I had an awesome morning workout yesterday at the gym, but for today, I will wait.

I have scheduled my first (!!!) chiropractic appointment due to said back pain.  I am a little nervous because I have never been to the chiropractor before, but more about all of that next week after that first appointment!!  For now, perhaps I will bust out a yoga DVD just to help me stretch out (?)
