Today, I feel like starting my post with this ~

Life Thanks

^ Sometimes I feel like I do too much complaining / negative thinking, and it feels good to read this and remember that Life is Beautiful ~

Today would be a wonderful day not to take life so seriously.
Today may end up the way you prefer – and it may not.
Happiness is not about being a winner –
it’s about being gentle with life –
being gentle with yourself.
Let life be a dance,
and choose the kind of dance you want for today –
perhaps a gentle loving dance.

A few Sweet Treat pics for you tonight, but first…

On Sunday evening, Ben & I grilled out –>

^ Can you guess which plate is mine?

After dinner, I tried to get creative with desserts.  I picked these up at the grocery Sunday afternoon ~

Ben thought I was silly, but they turned out delicious; I decided to make one with yogurt, but only one.  My new plan involves eating very few carbs in the evening, and evening => Sweet Treats.  I made these popsicles on Sunday, so they would be ready for Monday night.

On Sunday night, I strayed away from my “few carbs in the evening” plan because I really wanted to try this new Strawberries & Cream cheese from The Laughing Cow –>  I love The Laughing Cow because I love cheese…

The Laughing Cow cheese has very few carbs, but the bagel is a different story, even though it was only 1/4 of the bagel.

^ Yum!

From now on, I will probably enjoy this spread on a Smart Factory tortilla instead, for much fewer carbs in the evenings.

Annnnd the popsicles were…

Amazing (!!!) Ben laughs at this idea, but I love it!

I have a few other Sweet Treat ideas to share on a later post.  And I will inform you more about the “carb” plan because I have a few emails to answer about diet / workout and they are full of good questions anyway.

For now ~ Ben & I just finished P90X Shoulders & Arms, and I am so glad he talked me into the workout; It was another day where I had to start out in my clothes and eventually go put on workout gear.

Enjoy your Tuesday evening, and Remember ~
