I am already loving Spring Break ~
Spring Break –> Hakuna Matata
It means no worries, for the rest of your days! It is actually a Swahili phrase that is literally translated as “There are no worries.”
Of course, if you know me, you know I can always find worries, even if it is Spring Break, but – Hakuna Matata, right?
Ben & I had an exciting end to a very productive Friday ~ We decided to use our movie passes that we have had since October. We purchased these at McCormick & Schmick’s Restaurant for only $5 each.
Last night was such a gross and rainy night outside, we decided it was perfect weather to finally use these movie tickets.
I decided to be very comfortable for the movie ~
And I packed my own movie snack, for nutrition reasons…
^ Diet Mountain Dew and Baked Ruffles Chips
At the movie, Ben ordered the biggest popcorn and Coke I have ever seen, so of course I also munched on the popcorn with him.
We decided to see The Hunger Games ~
Neither of us has read the series yet, but we have both heard great reviews about the book and the movie. We really loved this movie, but it was almost too much for me. I cannot remember a more suspenseful movie.
Today while Ben and I are out running errands, I am going to keep my eye out for the second book to purchase because I cannot wait to see what happens with Katniss and Peeta. It will be a great Spring Break read for me.
I am off to get started with house cleaning right away. During school, I never have time to do this, so I am not dreading it at all, I am actually excited to get started & ready to have a clean house.
I plan to take a break for a trip to Costco with Ben and a workout of some sort at some point today ~ Today is also the scheduled day for more Progress Pictures. Then something fun with Ben tonight; We are thinking of trying out a new restaurant that just opened on Thursday.
Have a productive Saturday, but Remember ~ Hakuna Matata (!!!)
