Well, I celebrated Friday with this ~

I had a Tootsie Roll, one of the extra long kind.

This candy jar used to be my worst enemy, but not anymore.  I am fine with just one piece now.  Sometimes I even just take one small bite and throw the rest of the piece away.

I used to literally sit at my desk and eat piece after piece, at least 10 or 12 pieces in a row, if not more.  I would never feel good afterwards, but it was like I could not get enough…

What changed that?  I honestly think it is this ~

Actually, I know it is.  I can tell on the days I do not have my Shakeology at lunch, I want to eat everything in sight when I get home from school, and I crave more sweets throughout the day.  Maybe some of this is in my head, but I do truly think it is amazing – the way your body feels and reacts when you give it all the vitamins and nutrients it needs.

Having a Shake everyday at lunch has stopped my craving for sweets and for diet sodas.  Along with those ten pieces of candy from my classroom candy jar, I used to have one or two diet sodas each day, either Diet Mountain Dew or Diet Coke.  I hardly ever have a diet soda now, unless I am drinking vodka with it, which is not often.  I do not even crave it – Sometimes I even think about having one, and then I decide that water sounds better.

I knew it was awesome, but even I was surprised by all of these veggies.  It is amazing and has to be amazing for my body ~ All of these fruits and veggies plus more than 70 vitamins and nutrients.
