I did not open my computer at all yesterday ~ It was nice! 

I left you on Saturday after an awesome Body Pump class.  Now I have two more kick-booty workouts to tell you about –>

Look at all of this action from Sunday & Monday with KT and Megan:

Sunday ~

 

P90X Ab Ripper

  1. Cardio – Turbo Jam Kickin’ Core
  2. Strength – P90X Shoulders and Arms (30 mins)
  3. Abs – P90X Ab Ripper X

Followed by a Shakeology dinner together – Perfect!!

Monday ~

Chalene Extreme

P90X chest shoulders triceps

  1. Cardio – Chelean Extreme Burn It Off
  2. Strength – P90X Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps (30 mins)
  3. Abs – Turbo Jam Ab Jam

I wish I had KT and Megan here with me every day for the extra motivation.  The three of us had two awesome workouts together and they helped me push myself to the max.  I wish the three of us had the opportunity to workout together more often!! 

I think we all pushed ourselves extra because we were working together – At one point, in P90X, during one-arm push-ups, KT literally pushed herself so hard that she face-planted the carpet ~ Her arm was done, but she was still trying to push through!!  We all had to pause for a laugh when that happened!!  KT ~ You Go Girl!!

Tonight after our workout = Subway for dinner!!  Perfect!

And then ~ “Katy & KT Healthy Oat Cookies!” Even more perfect!!

Ingredients –>

  1. oatmeal cookie mix
  2. Old Fashioned 100% Whole Grain Oats – 1 and 1/2 cups
  3. vanilla yogurt – one container
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. dark chocolate – 6 oz.
  6. 2 tablespoon water

All you do is mix all of the above ingredients together; Then bake for seven minutes ~ Simple, right? This is my kind of baking!!

N. Facts = 2 Health Oat Cookies –> ~160 cals / 4g fat

I have not tasted one yet because Subway really filled me up.  Plus, I love these cookies after they have been frozen, so I will probably wait until tomorrow to enjoy a frozen “KT & Katy Healthy Oat Cookie” – Yum!

Thanks to the help of KT, all of these tasks have been complete except for the “Order BBL” – I will fill you in on this one soon.

Hope you had a wonderful, productive weekend!  I am so glad to have my sister staying with me while Ben is gone and Megan coming to keep us company and motivate us for our workouts.  It has been great spending so much time with these girls!  The three of us are still together right now, working on our computers and watching The Bachelor. 

Tomorrow is Tuesday already!
