^ Remember this from last night?

Yeah, well none of that happened last night.  I seriously just plan way too much for myself sometimes.  If my body had as much energy as my mind, I would be totally set.  Tonight, I am trying to make up for it.

After school today I made a pit-stop to use these coupons ~

I found lots of goodies – not for me, though…

Well, the lip gloss is for me.  My sister has some & I love it.

Today on the way home, I ate part of my shake from yesterday.  It was not so yummy after sitting in the fridge for a day.  I also had one of these ~

Yes, I go tanning.  Yes, I drink 5-Hour Energy.  Eh… Both of these happen only on occasion, not very often.  I used to drink this bottle of energy often, now I only have one every two weeks or so.  By Thursday night, I am just so drained, but I have so much to do tonight, so I decided to have one.

^ I also organized this lovely mess of papers already, did laundry, and the dishes.  I kept my work clothes & shoes on after school while I did all of these tasks because that always helps me stay productive.  Is that weird?

I was most excited to get home and write this post, check on the Beachbody biz, and tell Ben about my evaluation meeting with my principal.  I ended up leaving my meeting crying, but they were good tears!

I think I mentioned the slump I was in awhile back, in October.  I am proud of myself for how I have started to pull myself out of it.  I am sure many can relate to what I mean by the word slump.  My doctor called in a prescription for me and I decided that before I went to pick it up, I was going to try on my own, to change the mess I was in.  I am not against the meds by any means, I just felt that I should be able to do this on my own.

And I have.  Back in October, everyday after school, I came home, put on pajamas, turned out the lights, lay on the couch, & cried or slept.  I woke up to eat dinner with Ben, moped around some more, then went to bed around 8:00p – even 7:30p some evenings, with no workout in sight.

I was having major chest pains, I had my first migraine one evening, strange sensations in my right arm.  I was unmotivated about everything – from school to health & fitness.  My body was doing crazy things and I think it was trying to tell me something ~ So I tried to listen to it…

You’ll come down from the Lurch
with an unpleasant bump.
And the chances are, then,
that you’ll be in a Slump.
And when you’re in a Slump,
you’re not in for much fun.
Un-slumping yourself
is not easily done.

~ Dr. Seuss

I think it was a mixture of things that have helped me un-slump myself, including (among others) Beachbody & this blog, and even Shakeology.  I look so forward to helping people and talking health & fitness with the customers & the readers of this blog who contact me.  It gives me something to be excited about and something to strive for.

I am slowly making my way from Negative Nancy to Positive Polly.  And let’s not forget Meltdown Mary – because I was there, too.

KT sent me this today ~

^ All of the ingredients for a perfect Shake!

I am so glad KT is loving Shakeology.  I am serious that once you start, and have a Shake each day for a week or so, you will be hooked!  KT has now signed up for the Monthly Auto program & so has Ben.  I am excited for all who have just recently made purchases from my website & contacted me about it via Facebook.  I have 9 packets to prepare for a friend at school & I am so excited for she & her hubby to get started!!

^ Nutrition

I do not just say that I am excited, I am literally excited when friends start Shakeology.  I am confident in this product – and so is Beachbody.  They even offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  You can return the bag nearly empty on Day 29 for a full refund ~ that is confident!

If you remember back to 11/11/11, I was trying to get a Challenge Group started.  If you do not remember, check this post – Challenge.  I had many people inquire about the Challenge, but no one decided to commit, except for me (!!!)  I have been working hard since 11/11/11.

Like I said, I have not created a steady workout routine, and I am not using the TurboFire program as originally planned, but I still try to fit in a small workout almost every day & I have definitely been watching what I eat & trying to have a Shake nearly every day.

So far I have made 7lbs of progress – Slowly but surely!

Lillian is ready to play ~

^ Ben calls this toy a Log… Hah.

Have a great evening! Tomorrow –> Friday!!!
