Wow, it is amazing what one day of school can do to me.  My energy level has totally decreased from yesterday.  27 kids = zero energy by end of day.

But I was excited to get home and do some Beachbody work.  I am really loving this new goal of mine…

First of all — 10/24 Shakeology Giveaway Winner

All you have to do is leave a comment on the page.

Tell me two things: (1) which flavor you think you will like the best & (2) if you have nickname for your pet, tell me what it is. That’s all you have to do. A random winner will be chosen tomorrow evening and that lucky person will be sampling this awesome Shake!

I need some motivation and energy…maybe the greenberry flavor shake is just what I need! Your blog is full of enthusiasm and energy, I hope it is contagious. As for dog nicknames, our dog has just a couple. Zoe is her name and we call her Zo Zo, Zo girl, and stinky. Oh yes, and sometimes we call her little piggy, because when she gets wound up she grunts like a pig.

Pam ~ You will get your Shakes soon!  I am excited for you to try it!

Ben sent me this picture from work yesterday – His first Shake:

Ben Shake

Pam, you should take a picture of your first Shake too!  My sister is having her first Shake today also, and she is supposed to be taking a picture of it!

PS:  I loved hearing all the puppy nicknames!

As I was saying, I was excited for BB business after school…

But before BB Business, I took Lillian (/Lillard/Silly Lil/Pants Dog) for a walk.  It is so nice outside this afternoon, I had to ~

As I was saying ~

I was excited to get home from school today to work on flyers for the Challenge and work on the blog and get some Shakeology samples ready to mail out tomorrow.  I even cleaned up my desk this weekend, making it more Beachbody-Friendly —

My first step in this BB business, was to get myself out there – via social media.  My own BB coach said this was the very first step, before anything else.  She advised me to use social media as a means to let people know my story and let them know that I am Coaching…

You know, I have had my Turbo Teacher blog for nearly two years now, and this is the first time I have posted it to Facebook for all the world to see.  I am definitely going outside my comfort zone, but I am trying to be okay with it, because I hope it gives me the opportunity to help people.  And I hope it lets people know that I am a real person with a real story.

I still worry, though – Yesterday was the busiest traffic day on my blog that I have ever had, which is very exciting news, but I still think, “Oh my gosh, so many people are seeing this, seeing all of these posts and pictures of me, even people I work with are seeing it, Ah!”

But it’s all about helping people, including myself – motivating people, including myself.  I love fitness & nutrition, I love advising others on what to do to reach fitness goals.  I love motivating and inspiring and posting inspirational / workout / life quotes on Facebook and on this blog.

I get nervous, giving people tips on health and fitness and exercise, sounding like I am telling them what to do or being a know-it-all, but deep down, I know I am good at it, I know what I am talking about and I know it is something I want to do.  I could talk about health forever, I love it ~ I have many tips because I’ve been there

I started this blog for myself – to keep track of my goals, my meals, my workouts.  I did not imagine it would be something that I would share with everyone, and I especially never thought I would ever post the site to the world of FB ~ Believe me, if you scroll through the archives, you will find some pretty sweaty, disgusting photos…

But you will also find me getting stronger and more fit and wiser about my health.  I have tried really hard to get to where I am right now.  I am ready to go even farther and I am ready to help others do the same.

Maybe I will sell some Beachbody products along the way, using this blog to help me, but that is not what it is about.

These BB programs that I mention from time to time are what made me love exercising.  Look back at my “Turbo” page – I wrote this page such a long time ago, when I started the blog – It is all about Turbo Jam, before I even knew anything about Beachbody Coaching.  I don’t even like what this “Turbo” page looks like, but the info on it is real, and I still love Turbo Jam to this day ~ In fact, I just did the “Kickin’ Core” DVD yesterday and loved it.  I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

So here you go ~ this is me.  My blog to the world, outside of my comfort zone, but ready to help you if you are ready to help yourself do this.

Read about me, read about my journey, see some disgustingly sweaty photos of me, and possibly read about some great Beachbody products and programs along the way.

I hope you love it.

<— Don’t forget to read about the BB Challenge and message me if you are interested ~ 5 people plus me, working very hard to achieve our fitness goals together.  At least read about & see if it is for you!!
