Are there any other newlyweds out there who seemed to gain some weight / lose muscle / just be lazy with fitness after the Big Day? Or is it just me??
I worked super hard all summer, up until the wedding on July 23, 2011. I ate healthfully and worked out consistently… I was, of course, very motivated to look my best.
I am thankful to have so many wedding / honeymoon pictures, because I would say I was probably in the best shape of my life. Yes, it was only 3 short months ago, but it is amazing how quickly you can you can lose what you have worked so hard to gain! — Or should I say, gain what you have worked so hard to lose??? Either way…
I love these pictures – But how quickly I have lost so much of the strength that they show. I am ready to get back to fitness, and looking at these pictures reminds me just exactly what I am capable of… I can’t wait to get back to it!
I need to be motivated in the same way I was before the Big Day!
While I am planning to make this change in myself, I want to help others do the same thing. I want to motivate others to work out with me ~ to get fit & healthy. This my thing, I love talking fitness, I love nutrition facts, I love workouts — Just the way some people love fishing, or painting, or hunting, whatever…
I am now an Independent Beachbody Coach and I know having this team (Team on FIRE) is going to help me stay motivated. I am a 5th grade teacher, so losing fitness motivation is very easy, as I get lost in the extremely busy world of never-ending school tasks. But I am counting on my team to keep me motivated, while I am motivating others!
I’m so excited! And I’m ready! Health & Fitness is my passion, and I have been missing out lately. Ready to make a healthy change and get back to it!
