Alright ~ Not a lot of action here as far as progress is concerned…

But it is time for Check-In #2

* Once again, I am thinking it best for you to ignore my sweaty, post-workout face

* Looks like I am still hanging around at 129

In my two check-ins, I have weighed myself after my pm workout.  This could make a difference ~ maybe making myself lighter? or heavier?  Not only is it after a workout, but also after I’ve eaten two out of three of my daily meals and also chugged Nathanfuls of water after my workout.  Now that I am typing this, I am actually becoming very curious as to whether I would weigh more or less in the morning.  Perhaps I will try to snap a quick photo tomorrow morn, even though it seems like quite the inconvenience ~ Yes, I have a very strict morning schedule & it really bothers me to steer away from it.  I am kind of a nerd like that…

Either way, my weight seems to fluctuate so much all of the time.  It seems more like I have a “weight range” rather than a “weight” – I am sure it is that way for many of us, right??  Any thoughts / words of wisdom on weighing am vs. pm??

Workout Schedule: Thursday 9/2 – Thursday 9/9

Thursday: 10 min. core + INSANITY Plyo Cardio Circuit (40m)

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 5 miles track – run; p.walk; lunges; bleachers

Sunday: Rest

Monday: Cleaning Cardio (I felt this crazy cleaning spree should count)

Tuesday: 3 mile outdoor run

Wednesday: 4 miles outdoor run

Thursday: 3 mi run; 25 min. strength (Chalene Extreme); plus 25 min. TJ Cardio Kickin’ Core (!!!)

Not a bad week ~ Could be better.  Maybe 1 too many Rest days, but good workouts in between!  I’m feeling really good though.  Even though the scale hasn’t changed, I do feel good & healthy and that’s what counts the most!  Maybe it would be better to check-in every other week.  I think it will help me to feel as though I am making more progress.

Have a great weekend!  I am very pumped for mine ~ I know it is going to be special.  I will try to share on Sunday!
