I have kept my distance from Insanity workouts for awhile.  I think they really started to intimidate me.  It was as if I were scared of them!  But I have recently started back up and have partaken in the craziness for the past few mornings…

I love working out! I am more into it now than I have been in awhile! 

I have really been working on my “all or nothing” approach and it has proved helpful.  I used to never workout if I only had 30 minutes.  If I didn’t have time to run 8 miles, then I didn’t think it was worth it… I am learning to use even small spurts of time to squeeze in small workouts.  Now, if I have only 20 or 30 minutes, I will squeeze in a rollerblading sesh or a quick Turbo Jam Abs.

I have been finding time for at least two 40-60 minute workouts each day.  This is with the exception of weekends! Sometimes I workout on the weekends, sometimes I don’t ~ the past two have been filled with fun, friends, and fam (love it)!!

I have been working on a small project that has really helped keep me motivated.  I think my wedding day is also a huge new motivator for me now – because even though things are not set in stone, I know that the wedding is roughly one year away!!   I am going to set some specific goals for the big day ~ which is part of the previously mentioned project.
