Workout was sooo hard…

I’m not sure why this run was so difficult today ??

Perhaps because I have not worked out since Friday’s Insanity workout.  Or perhaps I had too many drinks (*) this weekend and it is throwing me off a bit ?? 

I usually do okay running 3 or 4 miles, but today I really had to push myself to go 4.5 miles.  I never got into my running groove.  Usually the run gets easier as I go ~ not the case today, friends. 

Do you think it is easier to run outside or on a treadmill?  I cannot decide yet… ?

I am, however, excited to announce that I did not gain 5 pounds this weekend.  Yesterday, I was pretty sure I did.  I even researched whether or not this is possible ~ and technically it is not.  Well, it would be very difficult.

How much does your weight fluctuate?  Mine always does, even from morning to evening.  I always seem to weigh more on a Monday, after the weekend, but then as I get back into my routine, the weight tapers off – like by Tuesday or Wednesday.  Anyone else experience this??
