Wow ~ It has been sooooo / tooooo long!

I have been so busy lately – it just became too hard to find the time to sit down a write a decent post.  This is such a busy and stressful part of the school year.  There is so much going on ~ including the overnight stay at Bradford Woods with all of my kiddies, in only two short weeks.  Yikes (!!!)

This stuff is amazing!  It is a perfect sweet tooth cure.  There is some sugar involved, but really, this small container is going to last forever.  I probably only eat 1/3 of one serving on the nights that I eat this deliciousness!!  Do try it, guys!!
 
 
 
Tonight, since I had all of this out snapping pics of it, I decided to throw it all together and mix it all up for dessert + half a banana.
 
 
 
 
The sick scoop:
 
I was sicker than a dog last night ~ I did not eat anything after my prep time Clif Kid’s Bar yesterday.  I worked out as normal, but then the sickness hit me out of nowhere.  Today was a super important day at school, with ISTEP+ testing and a crazy meeting I could not miss.  After last night, I am pretty sure I had no food left in my stomach.  I took it easy at school today and did not eat, playing it safe – afraid that if I ate I would get sick and have to miss the important afternoon meeting. 
 
Point:  I was so excited for dinner and dessert tonight!!!
 
I have had four really good workout days in a row – pushing myself really hard, either doing Insanity with KT or running inclines and sprints for 6-7 miles.  I hate to break the streak, but my body needs the rest while it is sick, right?   Oh, and the results of these tough push-myself workouts??  …..
 
 
Gaining weight ???  Yes.  Confused.  More later…    :(
 
 
 
Okay now ~ how have you guys been?  I really have missed you!!  I have snapped pics almost every day to share and catch you up… I just have not found a good time to actually sit down to do it.

I am going to do better, promise!!  Leave a comment and let me know you are still around and still going to read!  Speaking of commenting, I never used to do it, ever.  I started reading blogs (like CNC) a long time ago, but just never really felt like I should comment.

Silly Lilly got new bows from her cousin Jenna ~ she loves them!  And she went outside for the first time the other day, so I snapped a few pics.  She is getting so big and has her first salon appointment this Saturday at 8:00 AM.  Awww!
