Wow ~ Two posts in one day!!  :)

I don’t have long, but wanted to share the best meal ever with my blog friends!!

I am mini-mealin’ it again today.  I like this and will probably continue.

I kept craiving turkey earlier – which is not good because I have 38 meatless days ahead of me.  But I think it was just my body’s way of telling me it needed some protein because meal #1 had hardly any.

We all know that PB = Protein.  Score!

New PB

New Sandwich Rounds

I picked up Arnold’s Sandwich Thins at the grocery, but then spotted these.  The nutrition facts were the same for the most part.  However, Arnold’s Sandwich Thins have 230 mg Sodium, while Nature’s Own Sandwich Rounds have only 180 mg Sodium.  Plus, these looked a tiny bit bigger and fuller, so I decided to try!

Meal #2, Part 1 = Sweet


A Sandwich Round topped with PB topped with 1/2 of a banana ~ and a side of Goldfish Schmoes.  This really hit the spot!  Then I headed back for the second 1/2 of banana – to be used in a different way.

Finally, I sprinkled Sun Crytals into the mix and topped this delish dish with Fat Free Reddi Wip ~ to make it just perfect!!  I cannot get enough of this Reddi Wip.  I also just found out they make a chocolate version!!  I think it’s amazing ~ Just sayin.  I have included the nutrition facts below.
