I will  briefly share five important aspects of this day  :)

First:

My New Plan went well today.  Here was Meal #2 at lunch time:

Meal #2 and #3

The wrap included:

  • Lettuce
  • Spinach
  • Turkey
  • Pickles
  • Salsa

Meal #3 was the exact same thing ~ 1.5 hrs later, during my prep time.  I can only pack so much to take with me to school, which is why I had the same thing twice.  And will probably continue to do so.  I brought green beanies for Meal #3, but ended up having a meeting, so no time for microwaving and such.  I was not disappointed because I am basically in love with these wraps!!

Second:

A new INSANITY workout!  Tonight Ben & I did Pure Cardio (40 minutes)!  As I completed the warm up, I was super nervous about what was to come in this DVD.  To no surprise at all, this was another killer workout ~ Ben and I had to motivate each other to keep our butts in gear.

I followed up the 40 minutes of crazy madness with Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt + Abs, except that I only did the Abs portion of the workout.  That’s all I could take.  My body is done-zo for tonight.  I actually thought it was done-zo before I started my workout.

Third:

Din: Guess what it was? (!!!)  Yes, another wrap ~ New flav.

Meal #4

This wrap is the same brand, Smart & Delicious, but it is Garlic Herb Whole Wheat.  It was delish.  Veggies with FF Italian dressing made a great side.

On this din wrap:

  • Lettuce
  • Spinach
  • Green Peppers
  • Pickles
  • Salsa
  • Turkey
  • Hot & Spicey Mustard (??)

Yes, a new-to-me product.  Fourth:

I have no clue why this looked good to me, because normally I am not a fan of mustard.  It was okay.  I am not sure that I will add it to every wrap.  Perhaps I am still not a fan of mustard?  Eh…

Fifth:

The most amazing dessert I have made in a lonnnggg time!

Low Carbie Dessert

This dessert included:

  • Smart & Delicious whole wheat tortilla
  • Spray butter
  • Sun Crystals
  • Cinnamon
  • Free Whip Cream (added later)
  • PB (added later)

I actually had another one following this one ~ In which I made the awesome decision to add Free Whip Cream to one half and PB to the other.  I was so pumped when I looked at my Krema PB and it only had 1 carb per 1/2 tbsp, which is all I used in this amazing dessert.  I know it looks odd, but I could hardly get enough!  Yum!

Sixth:

This evening I have been thinking about a special BFF, so I have decided that I am not leaving you with a Silly Lilly pic, but another special pic:

I keep thinking about KT tonight, because I know she has so much going on.  I wish I could help her out with all of her tasks.  She has a lot going on, which I know she can handle ~ but I know she has tons on her mind right now!!  And I know she likes to be perfect about everything, so lots of tasks = tons of time.  Love you KT!!
